WOW Carwash Partners with Girl Scouts for Cookie Sales Weekend

WOW Carwash Partners with Girl Scouts for Cookie Sales Weekend

Girl Scout Cookie Season Gets a Vegas Twist

Cookie season just got a whole lot more convenient for Las Vegas locals. Starting next month, you can satisfy your Thin Mints craving while getting your car sparkling clean – now that's what I call multitasking done right.

WOW Carwash has partnered with the Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada to make their annual cookie sales even sweeter. On Saturday and Sunday, February 14-15, local Girl Scout troops will set up shop at three WOW locations around the valley, selling cookies from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days. Here‘s the kicker – buy cookies that weekend and you’ll score a free car wash gift card for your next visit.

Where to Find Your Cookie Fix

The Girl Scouts will be stationed at three strategic locations that cover different corners of the valley. You'll find them at the Warm Springs Road location (2210 E Warm Springs Rd), the Fort Apache spot (6550 S Fort Apache Rd), and up north on Durango Drive (6653 N Durango Dr). Smart planning puts them right where busy Vegas families are already running weekend errands.

As someone who's watched this valley grow, I love seeing local businesses step up to support community organizations like this. The Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada do incredible work developing leadership skills in young girls, and every box sold helps fund programs that teach everything from financial literacy to STEM skills.

More Than Just Cookies

What makes this partnership particularly meaningful is how it connects to the bigger picture. Heath Pomerantz, WOW Carwash‘s CEO, highlighted how both organizations focus on environmental stewardship and cutting-edge technology – values that resonate in a city that’s constantly evolving and innovating.

Kimberly Trueba from Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada put it perfectly when she explained that cookie sales teach girls critical thinking and money management skills. “You‘re not just buying cookies; you’re helping girls make our community and our world better,” she said. In a city built on entrepreneurship and taking calculated risks, those are exactly the skills our young people need.

Sweet Deal for Everyone

The timing couldn‘t be better – Valentine’s weekend gives you the perfect excuse to grab some Samoas for your sweetie while supporting a great cause. Plus, that free car wash will come in handy after all those February dust storms we get here in the desert.

Mark your calendars for February 14-15 and plan your route. Whether you're already a regular at one of these WOW Carwash locations or this gives you a reason to try them out, you‘ll be supporting local girls while treating yourself to some of the best cookies money can buy. It’s community partnership done right – practical, meaningful, and deliciously rewarding.
