Dancing Through Four Magical Gardens
Each section tells its own story. The North Bed features Catrina the ballerina spinning on her music box while fountains bubble around her and LED screens show lavender fields in the background. They've even added scents – peach, iris, white currant and sandalwood – because apparently our noses needed to be part of this experience too.
The East Bed has this gorgeous gilded birdcage you can actually walk under, which my kids would absolutely lose their minds over. Meanwhile, the South Bed showcases a rosy carousel with three white horses that never stop prancing. It‘s wrapped in trailing roses and has floral pomanders hanging from the ceiling like nature’s chandelier.
What really gets me is the attention to detail – we're talking 35,000 roses, 22,000 potted plants, and 2,000 fresh-cut carnations just for one pansy flower design. That's a lot of flower power, and it shows in every corner of this display.

Spring Blooms with Musical Magic at Bellagio
Bellagio just unveiled its latest Conservatory & Botanical Gardens display, and honestly, it's giving me all the feels. “Springtime Symphony: Music in Motion” opened a few days ago and runs through June 6, transforming that iconic space into something that feels like stepping inside a music box. Designer Ed Libby and the horticulture team created four themed gardens that literally move and dance – carousel horses spinning, ballerinas twirling, butterflies floating overhead.
The West Bed is pure eye candy with jewel-toned stained glass and a massive Fabergé egg that looks like it could house a fairy godmother. There's even a 36-foot illuminated stained-glass window that depicts butterflies and a fairytale castle. It's the kind of Instagram moment that makes your Henderson neighbors jealous, but in the best way.
Dining Among the Blooms
Here's where it gets interesting for us locals looking for something special. The Garden Table inside the flower-crowned gazebo offers a seasonal brunch experience from Sadelle's for $135 per person. It runs from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., and you'll need reservations by calling 702.693.7075 or booking online through Bellagio's website.
Is it pricey? Absolutely. But for a special occasion – maybe Mother‘s Day or an anniversary – eating brunch surrounded by all these blooms and butterflies sounds pretty magical. Plus, they’re using recycled water from underground wells and composting all the plant materials afterward, so at least you know it's environmentally conscious splurging.
The Conservatory itself remains free and open 24/7, which means you can pop by after dinner in Henderson or make it part of a weekend adventure with the kids. And if you want to take a piece home, the Giardini Store is selling a Music Box Dancer candle that captures the exhibit's scent – because nothing says Vegas souvenir like a $40 candle that smells like peach and sandalwood.
