Elite Competition Lineup
The field reads like a who's who of competitive eating royalty. Molly Schuyer, the defending 2018 Wing Bowl champion, holds the event record at 501 wings – a number that sounds impossible until you see her work. Her social media following watches in amazement as she demolishes food challenges across the country.
Bob Shoudt, the 2017 champion, brings his own legendary appetite to the Plaza stage. This guy once consumed 23.4 pounds of salmon chowder in six minutes, proving that volume and speed can coexist at superhuman levels. Then there's Jesse Pynnonen from Finland, who finished as runner-up in Finland's Strongest Man competition in 2025 before pivoting to competitive eating.
