Grimaldi’s Pizzas are absolute perfection. Hailing from Brooklyn, Grimaldi’s recipe results in pies that are thin and crusty, with just the right amount of char.
Grimaldi’s doesn't serve any of the fancier pies that we have come to expect from trendy pizzerias. Instead, you get classic, Brooklyn-style pizzas, and excellent service.
They offer a wide variety of traditional toppings. My favorite pie by far is the Garden Pesto Pizza, which comes topped with tender artichoke hearts, red onions, and ricotta cheese drizzled with a delicious basil pesto sauce.
