4. Raku
Have you ever had street food in a fancy setting? That is what made Raku a go-to restaurant in Chinatown. The choice of whether to have your fish prepared as sashimi or whether you would like some parts grilled/fried is entirely up to you. Beef? Foie gras? Also your choice. Like their soy sauce, all the condiments are made in-house, adding a personal touch to Raku.
