1. Henderson Bird Viewing Preserve
Located at 2400 B Moser Drive 89015, beside the intersection of Boulder Highway and Sunset Road, the preserve is a gated area within a water treatment facility. Admission to Henderson Bird Viewing Preserve is free; even better, they rent binoculars in case you come without. There is a guide to help with the unfamiliar bird species in the preserve. The preserve is open daily between 6 am to 3 pm.
