Gjelina Las Vegas (Opened Dec 26, 2024)

Gjelina was founded by Fran Camaj in 2008 and is named after his mother. Close to two decades later, the restaurant is now beloved for its sustainable fare. According to Camaj, the dishes at Gjelina are inspired by the ever-growing relationships the restaurant has curated with local food suppliers. Jeremy Ford is famous for winning Bravo’s “Top Chef” and being a semifinalist for a James Beard Award (2022). Ford founded Stubborn Seed to showcase his culinary prowess to his fans. The first restaurant was in Miami, and the second will open in Las Vegas at Resorts World. Like the original spot, the Las Vegas sister restaurant will offer a contemporary menu curated by Jeremy Ford. He will focus on bringing seasonal and local ingredients to life.
